For 2025, the MRLF currently plans to continue quarterly in-person delegate meetings (March, June, September, December).
The other meetings for the year will be virtual-only via Zoom.


Important protocols regarding in-person meetings:

  • The health and safety of our staff and delegates will be our most important priority so we reserve the
    right to transition in-person events to virtual as needed.
  • Health and safety protocols will be posted at the entrance of each in-person delegates meeting and
    may fluctuate based on the level of community spread of COVID-19.
  • We ask all members to respect their fellow delegates by following the posted rules regarding masking
    and social distancing when it is required.
  • Anyone experiencing illness should not attend an in-person meeting.

Important reminders regarding virtual meetings:

  • The unique link to join virtual delegates meetings are sent the Monday prior to the meeting from this email address: [email protected].
  • Please make sure your delegation’s e-mail addresses are up-to-date.
