Electronic ads must be in pdf, tiff, or eps format, with fonts embedded or converted to outlines.

First-time advertisers and all political advertisers must pay in advance.

Discounted ad rates are available for the May (117th Anniversary), August (Labor Day) and December (Holiday) issues. In addition, a special three-ad package for the May, August, and December issues offers free color for all three ads when all three ads are pre-paid by April 30.
