Electronic ads must be in pdf, tiff, or eps format, with fonts embedded or converted to outlines.

First-time advertisers and all political advertisers must pay in advance.

Discounted ad rates are available for the May 2025 (118th Anniversary), August 2025 (Labor Day) and December 2025 (Holiday) issues. In addition, a special three-ad package for the May, August, and December issues offers free color for all three ads when all three ads are pre-paid by April 30.
