Candidates seeking endorsement from the Minneapolis Regional Labor Federation, AFL-CIO should e-mail a request for a screening to:

• Campaign manager name, e-mail address and cell phone (if applicable)
• Candidate or committee U.S. mail address
• Campaign website (if applicable)
