MRLF endorses Pat Elliott in special election for mayor of Richfield

RICHFIELD — The Minneapolis Regional Labor Federation, AFL-CIO has endorsed Pat Elliott for mayor of Richfield in a special election coming Tuesday, March 7.
(Debbie Goettel, the incumbent, was elected Hennepin County Commissioner in November).
Polls will be open March 7 at Richfield’s regular precinct polling locations from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
In addition, voters may vote early by absentee ballot by mail or in person at Richfield city hall.

Early voting will be available in-person at Richfield city hall from February 28 through March 6.from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (5:00 p.m. on March 6) and Saturday March 4 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
An attorney by profession, Pat Elliott is a three-term member of the Richfield city council. He is a Richfield high school graduate and has lived in his Richfield home for 32 years, where he and his wife raised three children. Elliott is a former member of UNITE HERE Local 17.
